Below is the design for the NYEB HALLOWEEN Tournament Shirt. All participating team names will be listed on the back.

SHIRT PRICING

• Team preorder price: $30 per shirt
• A minimum preorder of 6 shirts is required
• Shirts purchased individually at the fields will be $35 each, while supplies last

The $30 preorder price is available for team orders only. One team representative must collect and submit the complete order.

Please include the following information:

• Team name and age division
• Contact person
• Contact person’s cell number
• Email address
• Quantity and shirt sizes

Available Sizes

Youth: Medium, Large and Extra Large
Adult: Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL and 3XL

All orders must be emailed to [email protected] by 10/4/26 at 6:00 PM.

Please make sure you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, your order may not have been received.
