Brackets will be posted no later than the Wednesday prior to the tournament. NYEB reserves the right to change these should an issue arise.
 
Rosters need to be entered using your account from your registration page. This needs to be done NO LATER than Monday prior to the tournament.
 
All teams are required to provide NYEB with an additional insured certificate listing NYEB on their policy. This needs to be EMAILED to: ibby135@optonline.net NO LATER than Monday prior to the tournament. We will no longer accept them at check-in.

**Please check in with NYEB field director at your field location 1 hour prior to your 1st game**

 


1. Please have a copy of your roster with you at all times


2. Please have a copy of your insurance with you at all times

 

3. Please have all players birth certificates or government identifications. (This includes league teams). You must have them at check in time.

 


**There are a few items we would like to go over with your team so that your weekend is enjoyable for both the players and parents**



1. Concession stands will be open at Kristi Memorial Field. COOLERS for teams only. Please make sure your parents are aware of this.

 

2. All fields at Kristi Memorial complex have portable mounds. NO METAL SPIKES FOR PITCHERS ONLY.
 
3. All Parks are smoke free. Please use the parking lot if you need to smoke.
 
4. No Alcohol of any kind. You will be asked to leave for the entire weekend.
 
5. NO PETS are allowed at any field location. Please make sure your parents know this. They will be asked to leave.

6. Please park in the parking lots of the sports complex. If you park in the neighborhood surrounding K.B. Memorial Park you will get a ticket or be towed.


NYEB reserve the right to change schedule as needed at any time.
